- Purchase Requirement: The FrostsProof+ warranty must be added to your order at the time of purchase.
- Coverage Period: The warranty covers your sneakers for 1 year from the date of your original purchase.
- Eligible Orders: This warranty applies only to orders placed on or after the date you purchase the FrostsProof+ plan.
Coverage Includes:
- Defects: Coverage for defects in materials or craftsmanship, faulty size, and sole separation.
- Replacement or Repair: If your sneakers are deemed unrepairable, we will replace them or offer a suitable alternative.
Missed the initial purchase?
No worries! If you didn’t add FrostsProof+ when you first placed your order, you can still purchase it within 45 days from the original order date. Once added, your warranty will cover your sneakers for the remaining term of the 1-year period.
How to Add SneakerCare+ to Your Order:
- Simply select the FrostsProof+ from our shop or option at checkout.
- If you forgot to add it initially, you can still purchase it up to 45 days after your order.
- At checkout, add a note in the “Order Notes” section referencing your original order number. and from there the warranty will be applied.
Note: After 45 days from the original purchase date, the FrostsProof+ program is no longer available for your order.
